Min yr Afon Annexe has been cleverly designed and renovated throughout. Step into the compact open plan living space with fitted kitchenette, breakfast bar and cosy seating area.

It is perfect for just a couple to escape or when booked with Min yr Afon Cottage (ref: 32356), its 2 bedrooms can accommodate an extra 4, perfect for a larger family or a group of friends. Shared steps lead up in-between the cottage and annex to your own slabbed patio, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink or alfresco meal on a summer's evening. Situated down a quiet lane in the heart of Solva, it is just a short walk from the picturesque drying harbour and low tide beach, play area and range of gift shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries. Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path which is very close to the cottage. Why not explore this world renowned beautiful rugged coastline with its hidden coves and beaches.

Solva is within the Pembrokeshire National Park. The tiny historical city of St Davids with its excellent facilities, Cathedral and Bishops Palace is only 3 miles away or to the east lies the long sandy beach of Newgale, popular with surfers and water sports enthusiasts. This is a wonderful holiday base for a couple out of season.

Min yr Afon Annex can only be booked as either:

1. The annex on its own sleeping 2 in 1 out of season

2. or together with the cottage as 32356 Min yr Afon

When property is sleeping 2, you have the choice of the twin bedroom upstairs or the double bedroom on the ground floor. 

Ground Floor: Small open plan living area/lounge/breakfast bar/kitchenette, double room/ensuite shower room/whb/wc.

First Floor: Twin room/cloakroom/whb/wc.

Facilities: Electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, small fridge/freezer, microwave, TV, DVD player, WiFi. Shared tumble drier with coin meter in the summerhouse.

Heating: Gas central heating.

Electricity: & Gas: £15 per week Oct - April, free May - Sept.

Parking: 1 car + additional spaces in nearby car park - seasonal car parking charges.

General: Electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, small fridge/freezer, microwave, TV, DVD player, WiFi. Shared tumble dryer with coin meter in the summerhouse.
